Conditions for using our services.

1. Services

SuperBuild provides AI engineering, software development, data science, and cloud infrastructure services. Our services are delivered as described in project proposals and statements of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems and resources. Delays caused by client-side factors may affect project timelines.

3. Payment

Project fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the project proposal. Late payments may result in work suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the delivered work product. SuperBuild retains the right to use generic code patterns, libraries, and methodologies in other projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

SuperBuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. In case of termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SuperBuild operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
